We all have a dirty little secret...

So what do you do when the person you're interested in finds out your secret? Read Things Liars Hide and find out! ;)

I have been dying to read the second book in the #threelittlelies series. I had no idea how Sara Ney was going to set up the storyline of the book, but I can definitely say that I was blown away by it. My goal when reading one of Ney’s books is to compare myself and the main character. Ney is such a flawless writer that she hooks you in and makes every story she creates relatable. If only the stories she wrote would happen to me!

Possible Spoiler Alert!!!!
The sister of Calvin and brother of Greyson angle was PERFECT. Their initial meeting was interesting, humorous and embarrassing (even for me!!), but I loved it. It was nice having a main character that was afraid to share her interests and secrets with anyone because she was embarrassed and afraid of her loved ones responses. It made me realize that even if someone doesn’t believe in me or support me, there’s someone else out there that will. Could be the person you least expect. I have a love/hate relationship with how fast and short the book was. I liked that it was short, but I’m sad that it’s over. Collin might possibly be one of my favorite male characters ever. He was sexy, funny, charming, and most importantly he believed 100% in Tabitha, no matter what. His love letter at the end was beautiful and humorous, and so male. Their relationship was fast paced, but true to who they were. Neither character changed for the other or tried to be something they weren’t. They fit together like puzzle pieces and I loved it. Who could want more out of a relationship? I especially enjoyed how up front Collin was with Tabitha, even when she was trying to keep her walls in place and ignore him. I think one of my favorite parts of the book was the group chat between Tabitha, Greyson, and Cal; especially Tabitha’s sense of humor at the end. Even the ending of the book was beautiful. Tabitha finally letting her loved ones know about her success and allowing them to be a part of it.

Overall, an AMAZING BOOK. I recommend reading it, for sure! The ending left me hanging, but in a delicious, anticipating way.

I would like to do a personal thank you to Sara Ney. You are truly an amazing author and I am so happy that I stumbled upon your Kiss and Make Up series. You are by far my favorite author and I am looking forward to your future work. I cannot wait to see what else your clever and humorous mind comes up with. I have a feeling it will be adorkable!

I have never rated a novella 5 Stars, but this on hits it right out of the ball park

Wow, Wow, Wow, Sara Ney has blown me away with this novella. The second in the series #threelittlelies, will draw you in and leave You wanting more. Tabitha Thompson and Collin Keller have a need, a passion, and a spark that will leave you blushing.

Tabitha, hiding a secret from her family and friends is doing something she loves and something she is proud of. Collin stumbles upon her secret and uses that to get close to Tabitha. Both are so drawn to each other and sparks fly right away.

Sara Ney showed in this dual POV, FIVE Star read, she has a talent for fast paced, passion filled novella. I have never rated a novella 5 Stars, but this on hits it right out of the ball park. I wish it was longer, so I could fall even more in love with these amazing characters even more. This novella will NOT disappoint!!!!!

A big smile splashed on my face after reading Things Liars Hide, a standalone from Three Little Lies series. Tabitha Thompson - sexy and tough, a talented liar; Collin Keller - romantic, persistent type who can't keep his mouth shut. I can just imagine the amusement I will get from third wheeling with these two characters. The plot is light and the same time lively, I particularly laughed out loud from the witty references to smutty novels. If you're craving for effortlessly funny reads and need a break from heavy romance, Sara Ney is the go to girl!

Excellent Book

This is an excellent book overall. The first chapter is an overview of basic MR, the second chapter vascular MR, and the third chapter cardiac MR. The author has a very clear thought process which makes MR easily understandable, in contrast to other MR books which get bogged down in minutiae and heavy physics. Dr. Lee's efficient layman style prose also helps make learning MR more intuitive. I highly recommend this book. The first chapter is excellent for MR in general, even if cardiac imaging is not your main interest.

This book is outstanding. Appropriately detailed, very clearly written and with excellent (and copious) figures. As an MRI physics researcher who moved into the field slightly late in his career I continually find this very useful.

Great intro to MR physics, K-space, and basic cardiac techniques

Was looking for a good book for fellows interesting in MRI. I think this is the best I've found. Though people without strong math and vector addition backgrounds may still get lost a bit, it does a pretty good job of bringing those without that background up to speed quickly.

It is not really a manual on how to start imaging, but for those looking to have a basic understanding of how the images are generated and potential pitfalls in getting good images, this is very good. Despite being a few years old, it still touches on most of the important topics, especially for a beginner.

Triggers your thoughts and guides you to organize them well

I wanted to be prepared for the GRE essays before sitting for the exam and in my search for a good book,
found this book on amazon. It had decent reviews so I thought of giving it a try and I think it is worth
every cent. The essay topics are explained in a simple, clear language. After that, the author lists many
points that will give trigger to your thought process. So, you have the points from the author
plus your own points combining which you can write a pretty decent essay. To add to it, there is a sample
essay also given for each Issue/Argument. I would read through the sample essay once to get an idea
of how do I organize my thoughts. The book has worked wonders for me. Even for the topics not covered in the book,
now I know exactly how should I go about organizing my thoughts and writing an essay that would get me a score
of 6 :)

Not what I was hoping for.

I have been studying for the GRE for a few months now. I've purchased and checked out several GRE resources and so far, I have never been compelled to write a review on any of them... until now. I was very excited to receive this text in the mail. At first, it seemed really good. I love how it dissects the claims and has 50 example exercises. Practicing this method effectively helps to make it easier for us to attack them.

Although I'm pleased with the exercises, what I really came for was the sample essays. Afterall, the name of the book is "SOLUTIONS to the Real Essay Topics." While some of the essays are quite insightful, a few of them are not convincing. I'm not sure that a lot of the essays would even get a 5. I want sample 6 essays. It's been frustrating to read them and think to myself, "Wait... you didn't even answer the question!" For example, it states in one of their essays: "...there first needs to be a better means of measuring and reporting student success." OK, I agree, but, like what? They didn't give an alternative, which makes it a very weak essay. I would rate it a 4. They're supposed to be modeling how you should be writing. This essay, by the way, was only three paragraphs long. This is an example of how this book has been frustrating in my process. Sometimes, I felt like the essay was just spewing out facts that did not really show how it was related to the topic. (For example, in Issue Task 3, about the Great Compromise: It spent a long paragraph talking about the Great Compromise, but it didn't connect it to the main idea.) I can leave room for errors, but I'm just very disappointed. I purchase these kinds of books to relieve my stress, not so that I can add to it.

To sum up, this text is ok, but I would supplement with other resources out there. It seemed like some of the essays were carefully planned-out, while some of them were just there to fill up space. I would definitely not just rely on this text to help with my studying for the Analytical Writing portion. I am returning this book to Amazon.

Seven works by the Buddhist philosopher Dharmakirti (ca. 600-660 CE) are still nearly completely extant in their original Sanskrit. The main part of the present study is an annotated translation into French of the verses 213268 and their respective commentary. The translation has been undertaken from a historical as well as intellectual perspective and includes several appendixes (among them a critical edition of the Tibetian version of the passage). This volume presents both the first translation of this section of the Pramanavarttikam into a Western language and a first fundamental discussion of the doctrines contained therein. The study also intends to appraise more closely the importance of Dharmakirti's works from their historical and ideological as well as their traditional context.

Stimulating historical approach

The book is well-written and thought-through. I am not in a position to judge the value of the translation (which seems to me quite good), but I greatly enjoyed the long historical introduction, which locates the work of the Buddhist epistemologists within the background of the history of India, an approach I have not frequently found elsewhere. This approach also throws additional light on the differences in approach between Dignāga and Dharmakīrti (with the latter being more keen on writing an apologetic of Buddhism than the former). I discussed specific issues of the book also on my blog (look for "Eltschinger").

Proverbs 4: 20-22

HEALING SCRIPTURES will be useful for those interested in learning how to pray effectively for a healing. The seventy-two pages of the book are filled with healing scriptures organized around five themes. The last chapter contains an example of a woman healed of tuberculosis while relying solely on God's Word. Hagin writes with clarity and above all he keeps his main message simple: God's Word can bring health to you as stated in Proverbs 4.

Kenneth E. Hagin died at the age of eighty-four in 2003.

Excellent Book

This book is very encouraging to my mom who's lymphoma has returned. She is standing on the truth of God's word that says she is healed and made whole. Her lumps are gone and she is doing well.

Not to much to explain, it's an excellent cd, Kenneth Hagin is easy to listen to and covers many good scriptures, even some you wouldn't think deal in healing. Hagin knows his stuff.
