Excellent and inspiring reference for public relations

This is an excellent reference and college textbook on public relations. It provides pretty much everything one needs for successfully implementing various approaches in public relations, memorable stories and characters of history, techniques and theory. One interesting and memorable point here is how some public relations moguls have used controversy as a successful public relations tool. The book is filled with profiles of successful public relations figures. I would recommend it for anyone whose work touches on that field.
