Excellent overview of Mind Expanding Techniques

I bought the book years ago and read it three times. It is a very good overview of the subjects.
The part I like the most is the Self-hynosis part. I have been following the recipes to make my own self-hypnosis tapes over the years. I have had only excellent results.
If record one tape a year (more or less), to accomplish different results, and I use them often until I reach my goals.
I recommend this book to anyone who wishes to reprogram some undesirable patterns of behavior.

I see why Roy Hunter does the hero worship thing in all his books about Mr. Tebbetts!

Well, Charles Tebbetts is a genuine pioneer in bringing all the "mind stuff" and mental sciences together and is very easy to understand and read. If he was not, I would not have went through all the trouble I went through to find a newer copy of this book.
Well, here is the back story: My Mom and I went to The Psychic Eye bookstore in Thousand Oaks a few months ago, and I was actually secretly hoping I would find a new version of this book at a reasonable price. I have an older version, but it is rather dog eared and quite used. Well, I found it as well as an old C. Roy Hunter mind power book, I opted to get exactly what I wanted, and I genuinely have no regrets. You will not, when you get this book because I will repeat what I said above in a *hypnotic* way: Well, Charles Tebbetts is a genuine pioneer in bringing all the "mind stuff" and mental sciences together and is very easy to understand and read.
