This organization has a stellar reputation in the scientific and psychological worlds. I have used their products and teachings for years to help me manage stress and be more productive. Especially the INNER BALANCE App on my iPhone.. Please judge for yourself. Everything they do is research based and grounded in the real world.

Great summary of all the juicy HeartMath research

Although some of this content is a review, the new research will blow your mind. Great summary of all the juicy HeartMath research. I am especially happy they included the part about our heart rate variability during appreciation is 0.1 HZ which is the same as the Earth's magnetic field fluctuation! I saw this in a presentation at HeartMath by Dr Rollin McCraty and love to share this data with people when I do my presentations as a licensed HeartMath Provider. We are happy when we are in sync with Mother Earth too! So happy its in this book!!!!! Louann
